During
our first meeting, we will present to you the detailed quotation with a breakdown
of the detailed quotation with a breakdown of the different costing, what we
call the Budgetary Quotation. If you are satisfied with the quotation and the
service provided, we will then proceed to make an appointment with the owner
on site.
We
will meet up with you at your new house for a site measurement and photo taking
session. This is necessary so as to allow us to have a better physical understanding
of your house.
After
the site measurements, a final Quotation will be presented with the final set
of drawings. The pricing will basically be justified by the 3 main requirements.
1. Site measurements (site requirement)
2. Design requirements (design conceptualization)
3. Material requirements (material sample boards)
On
acceptance of our proposal, we will collect a 10% deposit from you.
Our
designer will then come up with a full set of drawings for the apartment. This
will include:
" Proposed layout plan/s
" Proposed designs (perspective drawings)
" Proposed material sample boards to substantiate the drawings for each
individual room.
We
will meet up with you to present the first creative. You will get to review
the design concept and materials, at which deciding if there are changes and
modifications needed. We will alter the drawings a maximum total of 3 times.
Upon
starting of work, we will collect a 50% payment, and our project executive will
take over the project from here until the final delivery. The project executive
will manage the project and come up with a schedule for all contractors (tilers,
carpenters, electricians, etc). Work officially commences.
We
will hold regular meetings with you to discuse and fine-tune the design concepts
if there is a need. We will proceed to collect an additional 35% upon completion
of 80% of site work or before delivery of built-in furniture. This is know as
the 2nd progressive payment.
A
final site inspection will be carried out and all defects and unsatisfactory
work will be highlighted for immediate rectification. A defect order will be
drafted out and all defects are to the rectified before the final 5% payment
is collected.
Total
time taken is 6-10 weeks from the commencement of the project. Please note that
the completion sate varies, based on your individual requirements and collected
of deposit. The longer the decision is made on the selection of materials. Design
concepts or even availability of materials will ultimately dictate the outcome
of the completion date.
